Old indigenous white-wine grape variety, exclusively found in Vipava valley, Slovenia. Very limited production. Fedora Zelen is a herbaceous, gentle and full-bodied wine with just enough freshness and softness, rounded and distinctly mineral.
The smell is very intense and fine. We can recognise the aroma of Mediterranean spices, laurel, rosemary and thyme.
